WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I have NEVER in my life dealt with two more hateful women. Susanne uses her ego and what she feels is her entitlement to bully good families needing a place to live. Land/MHP/Mobile Home communities....as the economy grows, have become so few and far between. They also run Sherwood mobile home park and there are pot holes so deep in the roads out here that I have seen a trailer rip a tire off trying to move. If you complain about illegals or bad tenants she will threaten to throw you out. These parks are owned by a slum lord named Don Crane and hes also a hack. We have a number of septic tanks that have fallen in out here also and all they do is come put tape around them. The city has also been notified of this and refuses to do anything also.
I lived here for 6 months worst time of my life..Suzanne is the worst person I have ever met she acts like this is her own personal kingdom. She is a rude awful person to rent from absolutely zero people skills and she bullies everyone who works or rents there...the maintaince staff are her spies and the office girls are her dumb minions... Save yourself the stress dont ever rent here
No, Just no. Stay Away! Suzanne is a mean busibody that wants to know all the dirt. There is no privacy with the office. I only knew about this place because of other business. READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!!
Worst place to rent in midland! The manager is ridiculous strict my parents came to visit and they had to leave because she said they were unwanted guests!! This lady enjoys treating people To leave them without a place to live she won't care if you have children please consider twice before renting in this place.
Im only renting the lot and own my own house, i've been here for 23 years and i have a 17 month and as of today we are getting evicted because I was helping a friend out so he wouldn't be homeless. Now she is only giving me 30 days to find another place to live, if not then my son and i will be homeless. As for Don, it doesn't matter if you call him to complain he still wont do anything about her. You would figure after so many complaints that he would do something, but i guess he just wants to lose money because of her.
I read all these reviews and I'm here to tell you I was here before she became manager and this park was full of drug dealers and the yards were full of trash the kids ran wild and broke windows things we're stolen it just wasn't a good place to raise a family now it's clean and quite we're better because of her and I for one am thankful
Please do not deal with these people. The manager is evil and if you ask your question she gets upset and then tells you that there's no more room. Mr Donald Crane is the property owner and I would assume that he does not know how this woman is treating potential customers. Because if he did he would fire her for running his business down. Avoid any contact with these people if at all possible. They will treat you like dirt once you have given them money. Once the housing in this area will not be in such high demand, this business will be the first to go if they don't put someone else in charge.
