These places honestly look gorgeous especially on the outside. Good neighborhood ect but the place however on the inside well the unit is was in visiting someone I knew was so bad. It looked run down nasty not taken care of. And then you ask yourself is it the tenant or people who own it not sure. Maybe both possibly?
My best friend lives here and they are basically pretty much slumlords. She has had 3 spots in her ceiling that literally leak so much she's gotta have buckets down everytime it rains and it's been like this for at least 3 years and they still haven't fixed it. I told her she needs to exercise her renters rights and take them to court and get the rent put in escrow until they fix her ceiling.
