Im not sure about the low star reviews. But today I had a small procedure done here, I had an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Staff were awesome from front desk to all the nurses. Thank you so much everyone. You are always appreciated more than you know.
My 5 year old had a tonsillectomy today and all the nurses were amazing with her.
I don't understand the negative reviews. I had a total knee replacement using the Jiffy Knee procedure. Kaitlyn my pre-op nurse and Sarah an Lynzey my surgical nurses provided exception care, before, during and after the procedure.
Very bad experience, front desk very unprofessional and CNA was very rude. She ignored me like I wasn't talking to her.
These people are very unprofessional. From the moment I checked in it was clear that I wasn't dealing with competent medical professionals who are concerned about providing the best care for each patient. I was treated as if they didnt want me there. To be honest it seemed like they didn't want to be there. They were informal, nonchalant, rude, and uninformative. Not to mention behind schedule.
