I don't understand the negative reviews. I had a total knee replacement using the Jiffy Knee procedure. Kaitlyn my pre-op nurse and Sarah an Lynzey my surgical nurses provided exception care, before, during and after the procedure.
Very bad experience, front desk very unprofessional and CNA was very rude. She ignored me like I wasn't talking to her.
These people are very unprofessional. From the moment I checked in it was clear that I wasn't dealing with competent medical professionals who are concerned about providing the best care for each patient. I was treated as if they didnt want me there. To be honest it seemed like they didn't want to be there. They were informal, nonchalant, rude, and uninformative. Not to mention behind schedule. Rude and unprofessional
My surgery was scheduled for almost 3 months. Major surgery that I had to take a week off of work for. My mother bought a non-refundable plane ticket to come out and care for me afterwards. 6 days before my scheduled surgery, they canceled it because “the anesthesiologist’s rule is they have to have at least 4 people scheduled to make it worth it.” I was the only person scheduled that day.
