Absolutely terrible service. Complete lack of care and dishonest practices. At first they appear to be nice and tentative but after they secure your business, you are ignored. They're all about the money and could care less about what's best for the client. When confronted they deny and pretend they don't remember. It's best to stay away from Keri, Carolyn, and this group.
