Be aware! Be specific and communicatewith these people. ? They take applications knowing they won't rent the listing out? Horrible communication, they won't call you back after you submit your aplicacion. So why submit one ?
I cannot recommend working with Bridget Lyons enough! She is truly a fantastic realtor who goes above and beyond to help you find a home. She was so detailed and knowledgable about the process with us as first time home buyers. We successfully landed a wonderful house that was perfect for our family.
