I was called a "F****R" by an employee at Westgate Pizza Bella. I will be honest. My friends were laughing while I was ordering pizza and I laughed. And their employee called me a "F****R". I would use their language but it's so disgusting I don't want to type it. My friends and I have spent $857.42 since November 12th. I used to tell my friends to order from Westgate because they were nice and courteous and had great deals. I no longer feel that way.
Food was horrible i usually like them now that will be my last visit
Used to order from this place at least three times a week, ordered from them just yesterday. They refused to take our order today stating we argued with them in January and hung up on my husband. That is an outright lie. Why keep taking our orders since January? Very unprofessional and the food is nothing special. Taking our business elsewhere.
Not what I expected. Ordered Meat lovers, Garlic knots, Cheese sticks, a piece of cheesecake, and drinks. All the sides and drinks stuffed into bag sideways so when driver gets to door the garlic butter from knots has run into everything else. Cheese sticks and worse yet the cheesecake was covered in garlic butter. Expected to eat cheesecake with bare hands I guess, no fork or anything, as requested. I love it when a company offers specials on their website, but refuse to honor them. False advertisement is the best way to keep customers coming back. Never again will I support this business.
Probably the best pizza in Albany... been ordering here for 4 years now... I get stuffed shells once in a while and they're also excellent.
