Well I gotta say pizza Bella delivery is NOT SUGGESTED. I asked for no contact delivery and they refused to do so. I asked the man over the phone to just leave it. He said he couldn’t do that. Despite having done it last week when we ordered. He decided to come back and take the pizza with him. When I called the company said we made the pizza you have to pay. I never received the pizza and they refused to refund me people!
They don’t seem to care much about customers if you have an issue they’ll tell you about next time it will be better . I had an issue in college once when they took 2.5 hours to deliver pizza and didn’t so much as offer a feee soda, even when I asked if there was something they could do for us.. I swore them off till I moved next door and today my wife just bought 5 slices that were so hard they were inedible, it’s upsetting as this was lunch for the family.. but next time it will be better I’m told. Go somewhere else

Gave then a bad review after never receiving a order through Grub Hub..Westgate dragged us out long enough for everywhere to close so we couldn't order from anywhere else..the supposed manager refused me a refund..laughed at me & then hung upon me....I wrote them a bad review and then the next day as I was sleeping, as I work NIGHT SHIFT the Manager proceeds to blow up my phone with calls & texts..complaining that I ruined his 5 star rating & he wants to pay me $$ to change it...ummmm NOOOO!
