Bought my Volvo v60 from Westgate imports one year ago. Got my car appraised today and was told the car had been in an accident. Car buy experience was terrible. Sold me the car with one fob. Provided the wrong paper work to the VA DMV, which was caused a hold up with registering the car. So many strikes, should of walked out. Now I have to sort out how to sell a car that I thought had a clean record. Don't trick this business. Also bought the car through USAA car buying which could not get right either.
Had a great experience with the sales and customer service. They helped me with the options I provided and I definitely recommend family and friends. Thank you so much Westgate!
Sold me a damaged car and won't take responsibility. ZERO communication with me when I sent numerous correspondence to them regarding the issues since October 2017. All about making money and a sale....total disrespect for past or potential customers.
Pretty sad experience. after driving from another state...the staff seemed completely uninterested in us. it seemed like a chore for one of them(out of 3) to get up out of their chair when we walked in. we drove several hours to get here, had cash and went home empty handed. going against every grain in my body I called back the next week trying to make a deal on the car and was willing to drive several hours...again...but Brad wouldnt return our phone calls. so there you have it. we went elsewhere. dont give you money to pe... read more
