I went in for my procedure, and they didn’t let me know I needed to take off work for a follow up appointment until the day I got my teeth out. The answering service they use to field all of their calls is unhelpful and uneducated on what they’re answer questions about. I had a bad reaction to the pain medication they prescribed to me and when I called the next day they were unable to take my call, and left no emergency number to call. We had EXCELLENT experience here. All 4 of my children have had all their wisdom teeth removed here. The youngest 2 kids, just today, even during the Covid Pandemic. The staff was wonderful, caring, responsive, detail oriented, and kind. I would highly recommend them. We also saw them years ago when our Orthodontist "made a mistake" with one of the kids, and the oral surgeons here fixed it. again, highly recommend.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY ORAL SURGERY. These people are the worst for oral surgery. My girlfriend recently had her wisdom teeth pulled out. A couple days after the surgery, she began to experience severe pain in her jaw. We assumed it was possible dry socket and then called to have her come in, but the clerk at the desk said that there is no oral surgeon available to see her. I would go anywhere to be treated by Dr. Jamali. He is amazing and incredibly caring. Staff was great and Oak Park office was COVID 19 prepared.
I waited 3 months for removal of 2 wisdom teeth. I had a very good experience. Doctor Jamali was too good. I did not have any pain when he was extracting my teeth. He is a very good doctor and would recommend all my friends to go to him.
