Maintenance does a great job (especially Jermey R. and Trevor M.) very quick to help out! Upon move in I found a bloody earring and a bunch of debris in the corners. Kinda disgusted. Some grime was under the stove and grease all over. The cleaning team needs to do a better job of deep cleaning. Although, the maintenance is spectacular, I would not recommend renting from them.

Literally over a year since I moved out and I'm still mad. They charged us for breaking our lease because we moved out a few weeks early EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR THE FULL LEASE TERM!!! Crazy work. They also overcharged us and we had to fight them to get partially refunded. They have a super vague contract and will inspect your apartment which gives them much more room to fine you. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I lived here for 3 years because I was living on my own and it was cheap and all I could afford I definitely regret doing it. The office staff are so incredibly rude and disrespectful, especially Jill. She's highly incompetent and unhelpful. I just recently moved out because I bought a house and had been keeping them as updated as possible while I was looking and getting the process started. Don’t rent here. Just don’t do it. The cheaper rent upfront will not be worth it once you receive all the fees upon move out. We have been charged well over $5,000 in fees for a clean apartment with rent paid on time every month. The leasing office sucks and is incredibly unhelpful. The maintenance staff is kind but that’s the only good thing I can say. Do yourself a favor and find any other landlord in Indiana. There’s plenty of other options. Don’t rent here.
