The place is beautiful but... without using the water all day I went to fill up the in room jacuzzi and about every 3 inches the hot water turns completely cold. And every time it happens i have to wait 45 minutes for the water to get hot again. For the money I spent this is a rip off. I've been to much smaller hotels that DON'T call themselves a resort and NEVER had this problem before. I will definitely be asking for my money back because this is ridiculous. I'll never stay here again
The stay was nice, relaxing, and not congested like the other property. Everyone had been very helpful. Lori (in house), was caring and kind even though we didn't take the tour.
Great place to stay to see Vegas just off the strip. Don't t buy a time share from them . I'll sell you mine cheaper than they can offer
Wow, charge for internet $40 for the week as Interval International exchange guest! No thanks! I'll use my cellular data. Geez, this is the first time ever where exchange guest charged for internet at exchange resort, whether or not an owner with the parent resort. Yes, I will remember this in the future Westgate!
So amazed by the ambience at this accommodation! Loved every minute! An oasis in the desert!
