Wow the crew here at Westgate is amazing!!! We worked specifically with Stephanie and Luke and both have been nothing short of helpful! Stephanie helped us in the home buying process. She really gave us time to look at each option and never pressured us into making a move. She was so kind and knowledgeable. My roof leaks when there is medium-to-hard rain (and given the unreliable Colorado weather) this issue has happened intermittently. DR Horton has chosen to do nothing regarding this issue. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this shoddy home construction company!
Great experience buying my first house with DR Horton! Very professional team!
To say that I regret purchasing a home here is an understatement. My backyard is regularly flooded (DR Horton claims this is acceptable when neighbors have landscaping done). The build quality is just poor throughout; I am sure none of the cabinets in the model home have this shoddy work done (as in the picture provided). The stairs creak and groan each time we use them. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from DR Horton.
Kayla Amato was truly amazing. She worked to find my family the perfect home. When one property didn’t work out, she found us an even better one. Thank you Kayla for helping us find our forever home!
