Beware of this company, they doctor *** Power values and then accept deposits which they refuse to refund when financing falls through. They do it on the milage line seen in the pictures. The JD power they provided shows a credit of ******* dollars to the value. The other photo was provided by the bank and it shows the real value of the milage ******.
Business response:
Very untrue statement. Again it blows my mind that BBB gives a voice to such silly accusations. We have to send those book sheets to the bank every day of our life. Don't you think something would come up about us creating fake documents? This accusation is absolutely absurd. This is a free market. If we raised our prices with fake book values how would we ever sell any cars? Wouldn't people find better deals every where else? If your theory was right we would have tons of old age vehicles sitting on our lot and not selling.... read more
