This place has gone downhill in the year I have lived here. Management is super nice and responsive to issues until you plan to move out. Then they change up the lease rules/move out regulations. Be careful!!! Not worth it in the end. They will find any excuse not to return your security deposit as well. The drug activity is super high in this area as well. Lakeridge has bent over backward to accommodate all tenants, however I apologize for reviews from tenants who are disgruntled when they don’t get their way and want to bad mouth the apartment. We will do whatever it takes to make your experience plesent, we have upgraded clean apartments with new roofs, fast maintenance turn around . We can’t bend rules for any one tenant , we have pest control monthly, and maintain our property to a strict high standard , all rules are strictly enforced.
You can hear EVERY SINGLE MOVE made upstairs right above your head in EVERY room of the apartment and no amount of noise you turn on will drown it out... It's an old building and definitely needs remodeling to fix the squeeky, loud, floor issue for bottom floor residents. I AM a resident.
This is an up and coming property. Most of these negative reviews are from people who never lived here. I have lived here for 8 months now and have never seen a roach or a rat. We have pest control every month without fail. The new owner has made major changes in all units as they come available. Repairs have been made whenever a problem arises. This property is a great place to call home. LOVE IT.
