Not happy! I purchased wine over a year ago, still waiting, couldn’t cancel for a refund and now I pay tariffs on top. They also don’t mention that new tariffs are added to the cost on European imports

Overall poor experience ordering from Westgarth. Ordered a case of Barolo that was supposed to be delivered within 3-6 months. Order is finally shipping from US warehouse now (10 month from order). I personally had to reach out for updates about when the wine was going to arrive on multiple occasions. In fact I had received an emailed ad for the same wine I ordered at a discounted rate 9 months after I ordered. Westgarth was unwilling to make up the difference. I paid $3,000 for wine last July, and eight months later, I have nothing—no delivery, zero accountability. At this point, I seriously doubt if this is even a functioning business. If you’re considering ordering from them, be extremely careful. Between the total radio silence and the unfulfilled orders, it feels less like a merchant and more like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Been more than 10 months since I ordered and still waiting. Generally get the runaround. Was supposed to be on last shipment (8 months after ordering) - now it is supposedly in the European warehouse - which I only heard by following up two months later. They really aren’t on top of things and don’t seem to care the least bit in fulfilling orders - not sure this is a real company.
