Good for big banquet events
It’s good. From the parking they have shuttle to go to the hotel.
The service at the front desk are incompetent. The Wellington Restaurant food and service are totally inadequate. The Marriott Corporation is to blame. The staff is short staffed and over worked.
Nice facility, the bartenders could be a little nicer and act like they enjoy their jobs

I stayed 4 nights during a trip with my son to DC. We travel often to DC and this was the first stay at this location. Overall the experience was good. It’s definitely geared more towards business travelers which is obvious since it’s a conference center. First night of our stay, there was a large Leidos Symposium so the restaurant was packed and parking was hard to find in the remote lots. It got better after the conference was over. I would reccomend this hotel but be sure you know if there is a special event going on at the end of your stay. It turns out the day we are to check out that the hotel is shutting down for a group. The hotel failed to tell us that they expect us to check out at 8 am. We did not plan to check out until 12pm (The normal check out time). We learned about the expectation at 12:30 am. Be sure to meet Lydia in the bar. She is amazing!!!
