Actually try to take care of maintenance issues within hours not weeks of multiple requests. Eliminate intentional gouging of tenants extra "penalties" for failing to provide 60 days notice even at the end of the lease, with no reminder, quotes of renewal rates, etc. until after 60 days have passed so they can collect extra free rent or double rent for same unit. Horrible & dishonest.
RecommendedWe just moved in, but the neighborhood has been great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. The only slight issue I've had is parking late at night, however I've never had to park too far. 🙂

When I came in for a tour, I fell absolutely in love with this place. I moved into one of the one bedroom, one bath remodeled apartments and it is absolutely beautiful as well as, super cozy! I moved here in February and have no complaints what so ever. It is a really amazing community!
First time apartment residents and we're very happy here! Our apartment is cozy, modern, and the management staff is very kind. Hoping to meet more people during the fall and winter seasons. Love all the dogs and places to walk.
I'm a long-time resident. I find the management very helpful and always finding ways to upgrade the apts and environs. Maintenance is prompt and helpful. Neighbors are friendly and generally quiet when you expect (nights and early mornings). I enjoy living at Westfield Village.
