The only thing good about this vet is the receptionists. The vets only care about the money take your business else where that will actually care about your animal.

RecommendedI use the office in Dunkirk. I absolutely love the ladies in the office at Dunkirk. I have never had any issues or any sick cats after my visits. However during a recent situation where my cat got fixed and there was a miscommunication somewhere because I was told I could get her at 5:30 at Dunkirk but they’re closed on this day I ended up speaking to Kim at Westfield and oh boy. I don’t think I could say enough nice things or recommend this place enough to potential clients! They are so understanding and helpful with my less than friendly chihuahua! Vanessa was a rockstar even with curbside service she managed to get him swaddled and muzzled like a pro and Kim always knows exactly who I am when I call and request refill on his meds. The whole staff is great!

Accept the fact that customers may want another opinion and stop refusing to treat the sick pet because the owner questioned the vet's diagnosis. Need more sympathetic workers and stop treating customers like an assembly line.

Incredible establishment! A very close friend recently had to say goodbye to their best friend. The veterinarians and the staff understood what that moment was like for them and the family and made the whole process so much easier and comforting.
