We’ve had our Magellan tent for probably 4 years and just realized we were missing the awning pole (somehow we didn’t even realize it had a second door with an awning over it 🤦🏻♀️). I contacted Westfield Outdoors last week to see if they had the part for purchase. Tonya S. replied the next day to get my information and sent it to us free of charge. I just wanted to give her a shout out for outstanding customer service, it’s hard to come by these days!
They don’t answer phones, emails, or honor warranty. Wouldn’t buy their brands again. Buyer beware.
We were missing a piece to a cot we purchased two years ago, the store we purchased from could no longer help us, but Michelle at Westfield did! She was quick to respond, and we had a replacement part within a week. Great customer service, highly recommend!

We had purchased a patio set from Walmart in Canada. When we assembled it 2 of the pieces were bent and damaged. After a quick phone call to a very knowledgeable young lady, sorry forgot her name, the 2 new pieces were being sent to us. Thank you for the great service. The pieces arrived in perfect condition and in only a few days.
