They don’t even deserve one star. I went in with my two daughters, I had to ask for a price list, then ask how much a child’s mani and pedi cost. We waited 45 minutes, they took another walk in customer in front of us while we waited. He then told a lady and daughter after us it would only take 10-15 minutes for them but would take us at least 20 minutes. I stopped in today after work wanting to treat myself, but not wanting to wait. I figured that’d be difficult considering the holiday. I barely signed in, was seated and done in probably less than 20 minutes. The tech moved with such speed, I was in awe. Also, I didn’t know it was cash tips only. The nail tech wasn’t phased when I panicked. (I ran to Kroger and stopped back by after.) My nails are purple, sparkly, and I LOVE them. 😍 I’ll be back for sure! Thank you, thank you!
Walked in on a Friday afternoon. There were 6 staff working along with 3 well-behaved, cute kids. Had a pedicure and gel manicure. Efficient but still attentive to detail. well-done! Wish I could have included a tip on my credit card transaction since I only had $3 in cash. I will return to get my nails done again and to give my nail tech the rest of her tip!
