I was having a lot of pain due to a bad tooth and my 'normal' dentist wasn't answering the phone even though they were supposed to be in the office. After calling First Impressions they could get me in right away. I live approximately an hour away from the office and was more than willing to drive that just to be pain free. Dr Flannagan and all of his staff were super friendly and didn't make me feel like just another patient. They also all made me feel very comfortable about what steps we should take and why.
