I had a pretty long wait before I saw anyone at the reception desk. My hygienist was a bit nervous (think it was her first day) making me nervous ( I am not a good dentist goer anyway). Thought my cleaning was "rough" and didn't seem to "flow" as it had in the past. I never know what to do when the hygienist is finished..do I leave, do I wait? Confusing exit strategy. I do love Dr. Flanagan and will remain a customer.

Dr. Flanagan actually took the time to explain the procedure, showed me a model of how it would be done, showed me pictures of my child's mouth, explained other options, and answered all my questions.

I am responding for my husband! He boasted about the staff at First Impressions Dental office being so happy and friendly. And, of course, his care was excellent...and I did not ask how his day was, he just told me how pleasant his dental visit was. Everyone was so happy!
