My eye dr recently retired. I called Thayer office to make an appointment. I was told they needed my records before I could make one. I told her I have sent for them. I then told her iam a diabetic and have glaucoma. Could I make an appointment to get the ball rolling.she put me on hold .when she came back she told me dr said no files no appointment.
