My eye dr recently retired. I called Thayer office to make an appointment. I was told they needed my records before I could make one. I told her I have sent for them. I then told her iam a diabetic and have glaucoma. Could I make an appointment to get the ball rolling.she put me on hold .when she came back she told me dr said no files no appointment. When I asked Dr. Thayer about cateract surgery at my last exam, I didn't realize that I was beginning a life-changing journey. First, let me say that Dr. Thayer presents his unequaled expertise with gentle good humor. He is very attentive, gives you all the time you need to ask questions, and explains thoroughly. Dr. Thayer and his staff are wonderful! Very pleasant and informative. I had cataract surgery and lens implants and can't believe how well I can see now - no longer need glasses to see far or near.
Nice front desk but, they do not offer care for children
