I have been a patient for 20 years and my wife's family has been patient's there much longer. I can honestly say that there are very few institutions or products I have used for 20 years or more. Quality, courtesy and professionalism are paramount to me and my family. So, I will continue to use Westfield Dental for my self and my family for another 20 years!
I really like this practice. I had a hard time finding a dental practice that I liked but now I'm sticking with Westfield Dental. The dentists seem to know what they're doing and don't try to "sell" you services that you don't need. The hygienists are pleasant and professional. And they're ALWAYS on time - never a long wait. And last but not least, I've never had a problem with billing. My only complaint are the hours - wish they were open Fridays at least for cleanings, or, since there are 2 dentists, maybe one could work o... read more

Outstanding as always!
The minute I arrived, I was greeted by name and my dental hygienist was notified. I was immediately seen by my hygienist. The care I receive at Westfield Dental is definitely five star. Even though I was only having my teeth cleaned, I have used their services for getting fillings, crowns, and an implant. The office staff is top notch, and do a great job working with your insurance.
Had to cancel a cleaning. They put me on a call list and called me in a week. All was done so professionally. Love this dental office.
