I've been using Westfield Dental for over 20 years. I've always been treated with respect and care by staff. Everyone is personable which puts me at ease at a place where you I could get stressed. Diane has always been thorough with my cleanings and offers good advice for me doing my part to take care of my teeth.

This dentist is horrible. They tell me they take my insurance knowing im a new patient. Get there for my apt then they tell me oh we do not take new patients with your insurance. This is the bs I took off work for!

I have never written a review about a place before, but this place is too good to not to! I love Westfield Dental Center. Every person on the staff is nice and compassionate. They really care about their patients here and are will to do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. Everyone should go here!
I called the office on my day off to see if they could get my three kids in for their cleanings and THEY DID! Dr Mary, Ashely and Ruth took great care of my little ones and even got X-rays. Very thankful for the convenience especially since school is starting soon. Thumbs up!!
The people seem nice and they seem adequately skilled. Two big problems: 1. They call and text to confirm your appointment, but are frequently disrespectful of your time. I decided to just leave this morning since having you wait well past your scheduled appointment seems to be the norm. I find it highly disrespectful. 2. The appointments are not conducted in a private room. Everything your doctor or hygenist says or does is in an open room with people walking past.
