All the staffs are polite , well descriptive and respectful
On two separate occasions I've made appointments to have my recalled airbag in my GMC Denali replaced. Each time the vehicle is dropped off and then I get notified that they don't actually have my airbag. The air bag will be ordered, several days past their eta for the airbag we finally have one but it never stays in inventory. After a couple of weeks we were able to get in to have the air bag replaced. The employees are kind and the process of the exchange was quick.
