On two separate occasions I've made appointments to have my recalled airbag in my GMC Denali replaced. Each time the vehicle is dropped off and then I get notified that they don't actually have my airbag. The air bag will be ordered, several days past their eta for the airbag we finally have one but it never stays in inventory. This place is a joke, either they don't know how to secure inventory and book appointments or they just flat out don't want to do WARRANTY (RECALLS) WORK.
