They are the most professional and dedicated staff one could want. I have been a patient for over 20yrs and have always experienced the best of professional care.
Thank you for working hard to get me in prior to the years end. I had a new hygienist for my cleaning, she did great. My crown ended up quite an experience, but what I walked away with was not a bad memory of a tough day in the chair, but rather the tremendous effort and skill of Dr. Stickel, his time spent making me comfortable, not to mention his dental assistants amazing care and concern... and her own expertise. Wonderful experience! I was very apprehensive about changing dentists, but the level of customer service I was receiving from my dentist was unacceptable. My daughter told me about the wonderful team at Westerville Dental Associates and encouraged me to make an appointment! I wasn't disappointed! Everyone I came in contact with was not only professional but did everything with a smile and a positive attitude! While it's no fun to have a crown, you all make it very comfortable. I appreciate the care shown to me, a warm blanket, lots of asking "are you doing okay" and a calm atmosphere. Thanks!

Very Impressive Staff - Warm Experience I was with my hygienist for more years than I care to remember and when Pam retired, I was a little anxious. Then Amanda quickly proved that I had nothing to worry about. Everyone I meet at WDA, from the receptionist to my Dr. is warm, personable, and cares about, and knows me and does everything possible to make my visit as comfortable and trouble free as possible.I look forward to my visits as a great way to start the day!

Great dental office! I can honestly say I look forward to going to the dentist. I feel like I'm not just a patient but a friend. They do great work too!
