First visits The entire staff is professional, personal and accommodating. My husband and I just switched from another dentist's office and I feel confident we made a great decision to do so. Compassionate and caring I have had several root canal and crowns done at this office and I have always been happy with the outcome. I can honestly say the procedures have been literally painless. Even the numbing shots do not hurt. When I have called with a toothache or issue, they always get me right in....I am a very happy patient.

The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours but after the numbing took place I was constantly being worked on. Dr. Stickel is the BEST!

Excellent service My son who is now 7 has always had a pleasant experience at their dentist office. The hygienist even pulled back on his sealants because he was having trouble. She didn't want him to have a bad experience. Im glad we switched to Westerville Dentist practice.

I have had to reschedule my cleaning due to work and sickness. They have been so kind every time I called to try and help me find another appointment. When I most recently inquired about an appointment for the very next day, I was initially told they do not have any openings, however called back a little later that day to say they had a cancellation.
