We’ve had exceptional service from the Kamloops and Kelowna branches of Westerra Equipment. There have been multiple occasions where the Operations Manager, Jeff, has personally stepped in to make sure we received the parts we needed—going as far as delivering them himself and staying on site with the technician, Kyle, until the machine was up and running. Contacted Felix our mechanic from Westerra regarding a failure occurring with our angle broom. He was able to give me all the answers that I needed to allow me to make an informed decision regarding the angle broom. Which we decided to retire and replace.. I then tried to contact a sales rep and get a quote and was not getting a response so once again contacted Felix who initiated the contact required to make a new purchase.
