The administrator at the front desk, a female employee, was very disrespectful to my wife. She lacks empathy with patients and seems incapable of conveying professional etiquette at any expected level.
Came here a couple years back. I had my period for 3 months. Doctor did a vaginal test on me it was painful. He tried to convince me that I should have surgery there in the office and that I have HPV. I left, got insurance and went to UCI and doctors there confirmed there I didnt have HPV and that he shouldn't have performed the test he did.
