Unfortunately, there is a very rude and demeaning receptionist who treated me also like an idiot. Same when calling. It takes 2 seconds to be welcoming. Worry about the elderly people she serves.Clinical staff is nice but just didn't click well.
Terrible quality of service. I went to Marysville family practice for a simple visit with insurance because I was stressed from work and having a hard time sleeping. The doctor pressured me into doing mental health questionnaire and pushed me into taking antidepressants. She literally said I’m having crazy thoughts, which is very unprofessional imo. Horrible place to work with. Absolutely frustrating experience. I have a colonoscopy scheduled in just two days, and the prep medication prescription still hasn’t been sent to my pharmacy. I’ve called multiple times, but no one on the medical assistance line answers, and there seems to be no one available who can resolve the issue. I don’t understand why I, as a patient, have to go back and forth between the clinic and the pharmacy to track down a prescription that should’ve been submitted already. This is quite literally the worst place I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to get medical records since February 19 and it has been ridiculous trying to get a hold of someone there. When I do, it's always "we'll get back to you." How do they retain patients if they don't answer their phone?
