Dr Russian would be greatly helped by lessons in caring and compassion. He made me drive 40 minutes to see him and then canceled to my face.I asked if he could please reconsider, due to the fact that I have a non-functioning bipap that I cannot replace without seeing a sleep doctor. It is literally damaging my health.He made a point to tell me that he is the only sleep care doctor for WWMG and I would have to schedule with a doctor outside of WWMG. I had a bad experience with Dr. McCoy and his team, and would not recommend their services to anyone. I went in for a Sleep Apnea assessment near the beginning of April. Two weeks later, I call the office to ask about my Sleep Study, and they have NO RECORD of me visiting for my Sleep Apnea, that was easily available to see? And so they ask if I want to be scheduled for a Sleep Study after I returned the device two weeks prior. I was floored and felt like a patient ignored. Absolutely disappointed in my appointment with Dr. Peterson. He completely disregarded several of my concerns and symptoms. I filled out a two-page document listing all of my symptoms and he didn't look at it once throughout the 10 minute, very rushed, appointment that we had. I received a blood test, knowing with certainty that it would be negative, yet I was putting my trust in him. The results were negative. My primary care Dr is here, I've an l&I injury. And they've created a mandatory mask wearing policy, that was dropped on April 3 2023 in there clinic. They told me if I didn't want to wear one it would be a car visit, I said I'm not wearing a mask period that doesn't stop a virus, of 0049 microns , masks filter .300, that is 400 times bigger than a virus, a mask does nothing 2 stop a virus. Had my first appointment today, was asked to show up 20 minutes before my scheduled appmt, which I did. An hour and ten minutes after my scheduled appointment I walked out because I hadn't seen the Dr yet or received any notification on the delay. My appointment was at 8:40 in the morning, they open at 8. Hard to believe they could be so far behind that early in the day.

Polite staff but was told to arrive at 11:45 AM and didnt6get I to surgery until 4PM!!!! I've been in customer service my whole life and if the surgical team knows they are running 3 HOURS BEHIND it would behoove them to call customers to inform them and adjust check in time! Ridiculous!
