This place has the WORST scheduling staff. Waiting for a surgery to be scheduled - put the request in on a Wednesday, called on the following Wednesday because i have not heard back from anyone. Got routed to voicemail. No response. Called next day, left another voicemail. Got a call back that the scheduler has changed and the scheduler won't be available till the following Monday. Tried to call the front desk to ask question about getting some records, of course got transferred to voicemail AGAIN. No call backs. Called 7 ti... read more
Dr Kent and his assistant are very easy to talk to and make a painful serious situation comfortable. It's not often you get to laugh at a Dr appointment!
Great place, from the receptionists to the Dr's. Complete information, fast and efficent. Would recommend for anyone needing Hip or knee attention.
Yury is one of the reasons we still go here. He has such great compassion.
