This office has been pretty awesome so far I have been 4 times and each time from the receptionist to the doctors and and nurses and techs I have nothing but good things to say. I felt heard and understood and they have taken good care of me, the office is clean and comfortable. The 2 doctors I have seen from different departments the medical assistants as well as the tech was outstanding from the appointment scheduling checking in with ease. I absolutely love the doctors here and drive from over an hour away for that reason, but the front desk receptionist Jenny was absolutely rude to my 4 and 6 year old at 7:00 in the morning. We drove from over an hour away and because she was the phone (without even acknowledging we were here for over 5 minutes) she looked at me and loudly said, "I'm on the phone and can't hear they need to be quiet". I'm sure they're a fine practice, but they said on their website, and Community Health Plan of Washington's website, that they accept Medicaid. They do not, and need to update their site to not give false hope.
Top notch care. Every nurse and Doctor interaction was stellar. My doctor was was precise and offered many solutions and after care options.
