I had my first and last appointment with Dr. Jamie Litvack. It started 40 minutes late, I explained my symptoms to the PA, then Dr. Litvack came in while I was doing this, dismissed her PA, and had me start from the beginning. The whole time, she had this odd look like she either didn’t care or didn’t believe my symptoms. Great staff, helpful and personable, answered all my questions and scheduled quickly and professionally. Rhonda (front desk) has great taste in music.
Front desk and scheduling staff was extremely nice. The MA was absolutely relatable. My review is purely for the lack of availability for scheduling. The provider I scheduled with is only available 2 maybe 3x a week. When the provider wanted a 2 week follow up. their schedule allowed for 5-6 week follow up. Unfortunately I had to go for a second opinion at another company who has better availability to follow up with patients.
