Did a bank transfer gave me an ETA then funds don’t show up till 2 days after their provided ETA and they make some sort of outage excuse which is not of my concern. They stated might take another 3 days. They advertised 5 days reality is 13 + days. All they can do is send an email to their internal team. All I can do is leave a bad review hoping it helps some one. For god sakes only opt for cash pickup. Their account transfers are BS.

Your Demark TN location at the TA has not worked for a year just take it out of there ...wasting people's time! Okay they don't want to resolve ..cool..haven't used you since this issue..

I transferred $78,000 to Yemen. The transfer took 13 days to reach the beneficiary.

Western Union New Zealand is broken — outdated rules, useless offshore support, endless hassle. Even after being “verified,” they force you to go in-store again and again for pointless checks. Customer support is useless — offshore, scripted, no authority, zero solutions. Outdated, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. Avoid if you value your sanity.
