A very positive experience, but not as a tenant. I am a professional organizer who worked over a period of ~8 months to assist a tenant with sorting through her items for a move-out. It was a pleasure to deal with Sharlena (the primary concierge), the parking garage staff (mostly Simba) and other building personnel. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, especially during the final weeks.
