On may 22 nd 2020, I sent some money to my sister law , after the payment the lady (girl) ,she give me a receipt ,than I asked her I need to give you the receiver name , she said all I need is the tracking number , I told her are you sure , she said absolutely. A few days after I called my sister law, if she got the money, she said she couldn't not get it , because they put my name (sender) same as the receiver name.(same name for sender and receiver).
