I went there this morning and this is the second time, the lady ( Tina) works there is so rude to me without doing anything the only question I asked without even ask me how she can help me, no greeting when I got there, I asked her for transferring money she started yell8ng at me saying get prepared before you get in here just because I was pulling out information from my phone stated that the system was down so you can go somewhere ekse, I said okay but why your telling me to get prepared yes I was, while she was pointing ... read more
VERY POOR PLACE AND SERVICE MS WESTERN UNION WAS A SLOB NO MUCH ENGLISH AND QUEEN BEE WANNA BE REALLY!! PLUS NOT WEARING A MASK....CDC MUST STOP BY!!!!
I've been going to this location for quite sometime. Lady at the window is always willing to help. I am not sure what the other reviews are stating about about bad customer service. I have not experience anything, but great customer service.
