They could start by not lying to their customer. They lied all week about the work they weren't doing on my husband's truck. First, hubby dropped the truck off on Friday, and it was going to be ready Tuesday after 1:00. Called on Tuesday, no, it'll be ready Wednesday after 1:00. Called Wednesday, nope, it'll be ready Thursday after 1:00. Same run around on Thursday and Friday, now it looks like Monday. We'll see what happens on Monday, I'm not going to hold my breath though. Well it's a pain if you have a trailer ... Check in was easy ... checking out took a long time .... and they work 2 shifts ... don't get it ...
The people were nice to ME and I'll recommend their shop
They are slow. They took their time diagnosing and triaging the truck and now they are saying if it's not done today, it won't be done until Monday when they are open on Saturday's from 7-3:30pm.
Enjoy working with this branch. All around GREAT people!!!
