Omar is very experienced and knowledgeable and he has saved our front tree. We will be getting a new tree in the back. I will take photos so you can see his work. Great customer service. 😃
I called Western Tree Service for problems I was having with my sprinkler system. Omar came out to evaluate and provide me with a quote. Omar was on time, was professional, and was very knowledgeable. After evaluating the situation Omar found the problem with the sprinkler system and proceeded to fix it. Excellent service. On time, knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. Omar explained how to best care for our trees. Victor answered questions and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Site clean up impeccable.
This company didn’t provide service to me but to my neighbor, when I got home they were cutting the grass and had a lot of cut grass on my drive way I thought they would clean it up by the time they left but they never did. They left a lot of cut dry grass on my driveway and a lot of dust on my porch. I called to let them know and they said they would send someone to clean it up but never did. It’s probably not a big deal to other ppl but I love to keep my yard clean. Very lazy and unprofessional.
