Bad all the way around I was very disappointed with this place. We spent a fortune there on 3 bathrooms, a laundry room floor and a floor for our family room. The installers were iffy at best. One man was excellent but we only had him for part of the job. The others were horrible. One guy tried to argue with me that the material I had for my floor was not honed marble and that of course it would scratch while he was scratching the heck out of it with dried grout on his knee pads. Repeat customer. Great Company. Have used them on several occasions. Extremely knowledgeable with on staff engineers. Recently used Western to install 10,000 sf of granite on the exterior walls of our new building. They provided engineering, drawings, fabrication and insallation . All went off without a hitch,
Poor service I ordered some mosaic tiles for my guest bathroom and I gave the dimension to the tile manager, she did a poor math on how to calculate number of tiles I need, the one I ordered is in 12"x12" sheet, she did the math as porcelain tile. Well, since it is mosaic, the cutoff piece can be place at other spot. Not like porcelain tiles. But she failed to notice that and didn't admit her fault. ( Well, I guess as a professional, she should know that... really disappointed for that.) I asked refund for the left over tile... read more
home owner My mother loved the granite work she had done in her kitchen so I decided to give them a try too. I had a great experience with Western Tile! My bathroom remodel was small, but Dena spent quite a bit of time with me and gave the perfect suggestions for placement and measurement of the granite. Their prices were the most reasonable as well.
