They are better than a lot of apartments in the city for the price. There is some structure issues to fix still.. I hope they gate off more of the front property since the homeless population is an issue for most complexes out here. The cops don't do much about it. Weird we are so close to the cops and still takes them forever to get here. Other than that it's a good place. Most was nothing to do with the place it's self but the area.

If I could leave a lower rating I would this place is terrible they will up charge for everything there is always something breaking down they have an amazing maintenance team, but their office staff Valerie in specific is very rude. She has no idea how to talk to people. My rent is almost $2000. There’s nowhere to park you have to worry about people stealing the packages. They are under new Management Since 2024. Maintenance forever to fix maintenance issues and when they do its crap work. Leasing Agent and Managers Provide inadequate information related to leasing. Decks falling apart. Background checks seem to be ignored delinquent feel around complex. Drug addicts chill by main entrance. If you don’t mind any of this you have found Home.
