Western Technical installed our heat pump quickly and efficiently and later agreed to provide some extra cladding at no cost. We have had the system for almost 3 years and Western Technical have provided service support when requested. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
WTS retrofitted a mini-split heat pump system in our home which previously had electric baseboard. They did an awesome job, were extremely professional and we are thrilled with the results. Our house is both warmer and cooler than it was in the past, at a fraction of the cost!
Booked WTS to service my natural gas furnace in an older house, and diagnose an issue with my ducting. Great experience from start to finish - way more professional than the clowns the last company sent. Technician Jordan went above and beyond: clear communication, took the time to answer my technical questions without being rushed, great attention to detail, workmanship, and professionalism. Will definitely be sticking with this company.
WTS recently attended our house on a couple of occasions, to service our heat pump, furnace and hot water on demand. Both times Jordan attended to do the work, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and task oriented. He even found a pin hole gas leak coming from a connection. I would highly recommend WTS and will be using their services for maintenance and repair going forward.
We thought our heat pump was damaged and had turned it off. Jordan from the company came to our house and did a thoral check. He also explained to us how to work the settings. He also checked our furnace, and after checking everything inside and outside, he told us everything looks fine. Jordan was very efficient. Would definitely recommend Jordan and the company.
