We recently had heat pumps installed in our condo building, and the experience with Western Technical Systems was excellent from start to finish. Super happy with our heat pump project in our condo in Squamish. From helping with planning to get strata approval to delivery was great. The team is awesome, cleaned up every single day after themselves and were a pleasure to work around as had to work from home at times!
Replaced part of our heat pump system in 2024 using WTS and stayed with a regular maintenance, again with WTS. Group is dependable, knows product & its troubleshooting which gives us confidence. Very happy with our choice.
