Matt and Jordan went above and beyond to assess issues with our HVAC system when other companies declined to come in. They were able to quickly accommodate a visit and were on time and very professional. When our new house was built, the builder put in a heat pump that was unable to keep the house warm and it died a week after the warranty expired. WTS did a proper whole house heat loss analysis to size the replacement system, designed a proper system with a backup heat source, and installed it for us. They are professionals who stand behind their work and provide excellent maintenance service after installation.
