We had a rather last minute window to schedule our home inspection and they were able to not only accommodate our quick turn around, they scheduled and coordinated our other needs as well (termite/pest, roof, sewer) - all within the 3-4hr window we had planned. I have worked with many home inspections before and this one is by far superior to any I have seen. Friendly and they explained everything in terms we could understand.
This is intended as an observation, no accusation intended, just stating facts. While a couple items may just be coincidence, a couple are not. They recently inspected a home we're selling. While most of the items were somewhat legit, there's some questionable things. The morning of the inspection I made a point of testing our backyard remote controlled area lighting.
