Arrived on time. Professional. Very impressed with the details of the inspection. We did a physical walk through of each area inside, outside, front and back. Also included details of the roof, and attic areas. Pictures of all areas of concern. As a bonus included a floor plan. Highly recommend. Thanks

Andrew and Jakob arrived right on time and conducted a thorough inspection of the home I am buying. Once complete, they walked me through the entire inspection while walking through the house pointing out both large items (pool heater not working) to the smallest item (outlet cover was cracked). They answered all of my questions and made me feel that they checked every square inch of my new home.
