Western Stamp came in handy after I started the process too late for a stamp I needed ASAP. I had a minor issue with the staff but they quickly resolved the issue for me. The prices are really good (especially for the turnaround time) and I love my stamp. Thank you, Shan!
Western Stamp has been a quality vendor for us for over 25 years now. I'm not sure about the negative reviews here as they've been stellar for the entire 25 years. If there's ever a mistake they fix it and they fix it fast. They're always willing to help and answer questions and address concerns for applications of their products. I'd recommend them to ANYONE looking for their stamping products. Inspection stamps, steel stamps, neoprene pegs, they literally do everything you need.
Bad service and the employees had no clue of what stamps they had for sale. I Was very disappointed. Don't waste your time.
Overall, my experience with Western Stamp Company has always been positive. They have been in business since 1971. They go out of their way to assist with providing quality product at the fastest rate possible with competitive prices and have, at times, assisted during our own financial hardships (e.g. filling an order even when there’s an outstanding balance).
