Terrible Insurance company!! Have a policy that has a face valve. Much smaller than policy was worth if I had kept and husband had to cash in . I got a policy with another company, thank God, tried to cash in to help pay hospital bills from illness. Been 3 months and still trying to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Despite having sufficient information to evaluate the claim, resolution was deferred until day 88—just inside commonly recognized regulatory timelines. That timing raises obvious questions. Horrible customer service!!! I have been on the phone with them for 2 hours trying to get them to send paperwork to pay with the policy dividends. This is the third phone call in 3 months requesting this and still no paperwork! Finally, I found a number that I could call to make a payment by phone and did that. The people I spoke with were too busy telling me what they could not do instead of telling me what they could do. This my brother’s policy which he’s had for 35 years. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Poor customer service, poor/no customer follow-up. My husband has had a policy since 1983. Haven't seen a representative since 2012. Somehow we "lapsed" on policy? No one will contact us, despite numerous attempts on our part. So they have our money, but he has no policy? Frustrated doesn't even cover how we feel.
