I believe it starts with a great representative. My husband and I were pretty much lost in the search for Life Insurance and Supplemental Insurance and Medicare questions. Vicky was very knowledgeably and therefore helpful in the decisions that needed to be made. She was very patient in the explanations and answers to our questions. This in turn builds trust, not just with our rep but with Western & Southern Life as a whole. GOD BLESS.
