The management is not trained in the feild of handling problems in Rainbow City. Was just there and there was a bug on my cake. I quietly showed it to the waitress expecting only acknowledge and an apology but what I got was the waitress returning from the management and giving me a 2.99 discount because technically the desert is free. I was shocked and all I could say was thanks for not charging me for the bugs.����
We love coming up there the service was great and so was the food.
Food wasn't so great and not to mention the restrooms. The changing table for babies was not clean properly. My waitress was good but not the establishment.
Dark in the booth tables and don't get me wrong I like religious music BUT it was so loud we couldn't even carry on a a conversation sitting side by side...Tone it down a tad please... And it wasn't packed but waitresses were slow on anything you asked of them (napkins,refils)
We go there anytime we are in Oxford, always good food and excellent service.

We enjoyed our meal and our service was wonderful. Miranda was our server, she was very attentive and took very good care of us.
