Sarah Woerner is truly the best pediatrician who accepts medi-cal athem blue Cross and California health and wellness managed care plans with children who have special needs. my son hates the doctor and she is always so easily able to engage him and get a smile. she also takes specialty referrals seriously and gets on them immediately. Love that I am blessed to have my 2 year old son: nonverbal, ASD, epilepsy, dystonic CP, and hydrocephalus, with a compassionate provider like this woman.
Thank-you for seeing me when I was having stroke symptoms. I was not able to be seen for a follow up appointment since I lost medi-cal, However, initially I was sent to the hospital--where I can find out what to do next. Primary care physicians are really important. I will go back to the hospital if my symptoms worsen. You're a great clinic! Thank you 🌿
Under staffed. No follow up. Repeated requests ignored. Referrals take 2 to 3 weeks and often no one calls back. Takes too long to see a doctor. I'm on my 6th since trying to get care there. I hate dealing with them for anything.
So grateful to have Western Sierra Medical Clinic as our primary care center. Both my husband and I see Dr. Lucas Ross, who is wonderful. I love their one-stop approach to care. I was able to see Danielle the Nutritionist and have already made changes to my diet to improve my health. It is great to be able to go to one location for so many excellent services. THANK-YOU!
