We lost both of our passenger tires on our 5th wheel when we were heading through Lethbridge down to our wedding and they got us fixed up and drivable in the same day. They had 3 guys working on our camper the second we pulled in trying to figure out the best way to fix it. The whole crew is very fair and great to deal with. An amazing place to take your camper when you need anything fixed or for your camper! Thank you much to the people that helped us get back on the road!!
Dropped off a trailer for repairs in September 2024 , fast forward to April 2025, trailer had not been touched. Excuses after excuses from multiple managers. Worth knowing this was the second trailer that had been purchased from this company. Trailer has been now repaired by a company that keeps its word.
Very disappointed, bought a new toy hauler from then in may. Since day one the trailer has had many issues. Water leaking through the back door, side doors not opening and closing properly, finishing nail sticking out the side of the slide. Fuel line kinked going into the pump so will not pump fuel (was told it was tested before purchase which was obviously a lie) We are now in September and it has still not been fixed. We had a great experience getting our new to us fifth wheel Greg and his team and Chris in finance were all great to deal with! We highly recommend Western Rv!
Collect a new rv to us a few weeks ago I had to go to work whilst away my wife was getting the rv ready to take on our first break in the escape and we discovered a leak in the slide . We contacted service and had the rv dropped of on Thursday we had booked a site for the following Monday so time was against us . The rv was repaired and ready for Monday morning no charge .
