Collect a new rv to us a few weeks ago I had to go to work whilst away my wife was getting the rv ready to take on our first break in the escape and we discovered a leak in the slide . We contacted service and had the rv dropped of on Thursday we had booked a site for the following Monday so time was against us . The rv was repaired and ready for Monday morning no charge . Amazing! Above and beyond doesn’t even explain our experience. They stayed late and worked hard to find a solution for our broken down trailer in the middle of our roadtrip. Western RV Country Lethbridge turned our worst trailer repair into the best experience. Our wheel was smoking 1500 miles into our trek to Banff, and they got our family back on the road and off to our trip.
