Amazing! Above and beyond doesn’t even explain our experience. They stayed late and worked hard to find a solution for our broken down trailer in the middle of our roadtrip. Western RV Country Lethbridge turned our worst trailer repair into the best experience. Our wheel was smoking 1500 miles into our trek to Banff, and they got our family back on the road and off to our trip. Went the extra mile to get recalls done and get my trailer repaired!
Left trailer for warranty work on New trailer. It was there 2024 for 6 months without the work getting done. I called frequently. Every excuse was given. They promised to complete it in the spring 2025. Now they refuse to complete it. Filed small claims court. Anyone else have issues at this location has to file small claims with owner of all Western RV franchises. Not individual location. Claim against Owner of all locations 61E Lake Ramp Airdrie
Hey everyone. If you have not the had the chance to meet the crew over at western rv in Lethbridge your missing out. When you walk through the door they meet you with a smile. We dropped our trailer off for some warranty work recently, they did amazing work to get it done, when I went back to look it over I was not quite happy with one issue.
