I don't like to name people in reviews. But at the same time, in would have liked to hear back from the sales person we met. All she had to do was reach out with the numbers like she said she would. I'm not saying everyone will be like that but someone should be holding their staff accountable.
Shirley made a trip to Airdrie and stayed late to help us with our purchase. Lee was super helpful showed us how everything works and went above and beyond to answer my questions. We did have a problem with our furnace on our trip but when we brought it back to be winterized we were assured it would be taken care of. I highly recommend the team at Western RV!!
So far, so good! We have never towed a trailer before. We purchased a small Sunlite trailer. I was extremely happy with the Sales Team, Glen & Olaf; as well as the showroom staff/reception. We finally found the trailer we could handle with a small SUV. I would've hoped for Western to include a quick check of the SUV to ensure we had everything needed to tow what we bought in advance.
