We have just bought our second trailer, both from Western RV and both experiences have been amazing! From Olaf to Tanya to the sweet girl at the front desk we always feel heard, respected and like part of their family, not to mention they have the best prices in the Calgary area! If you are looking to buy do yourself a favor and go talk to Olaf! He knows his stuff, listens to what you want and doesn’t pressure you to make a decision.
Stevie Wonder done the PDI.... Missed three bold tires, propane tanks that were 3 years out of date and the black water tank was 3/4 full! And all of that was after they had the wrong set of keys for it, so clearly the locks were not checked either! The salesman (John) I would recommend as he was a real nice guy to deal with same with the finance department and guy who done the walk through, sadly I cannot recall their names. These guys made purchasing a new trailer a breeze. From financing to the walk through right up to picking the trailer up we had no problems. They answered all our questions and never left us wanting for answers. I highly recommend these guys.
